The "AM Best Rating" is the best known rating service for the insurance industry (www.AMBest.com). You should only purchase insurance from an A++ or A+ rated company (the top 2 rating classes). You do not have to spend more for the highest quality coverage.
Conversion Feature Important
Term insurance is convertable to Permanent coverage, should you need to continue your coverage beyond the guaranteed period.This could be important, should you develop a life-threatening illness, or need coverage for some other reason.
